01 How much does a Shopify project cost?
Bespoke work (themes, migrations, custom apps) is quoted per project after a brief, at a fixed price before work starts. Ongoing work runs on one monthly retainer, from £950 for 10 hours.
02 How does the monthly retainer work?
One retainer covers everything ongoing: support, SEO, GEO, Klaviyo, CRO, design and development. You pick the services, then the hours, and we send a statement of hours every month.
03 Can we change retainer hours month to month?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade any month. Nothing banks and nothing expires.
04 Why a 3-month minimum with SEO or GEO?
Search and AI visibility compound over weeks, not days. Three months is the shortest run that lets the work show in your rankings and citations.
05 Is there a fixed quote for bespoke work?
Yes. After the brief you get a fixed quote, agreed before any work starts. Project hours never draw on your retainer.
06 Do you charge for the discovery call?
No. The discovery call is free: we look at where your store is, where it could be, and the first moves to get there.
07 How long does it take to launch or redesign a Shopify store?
Timelines vary depending on complexity, but most projects take between 4 and 12 weeks. We define clear milestones with you and keep the project on track.
