When can we get started?

Once your plan is subscribed, your company will be onboarded within 2 business days into our systems. From there, we can start working on tasks within 5 business days for our VIP or 15 days for our Standard clients.

Is the support plan required?

Our membership is required for any brand that wishes to start working with us. This is needed on our side in order to maintain your brand in our systems and make sure we remain available to assist you at any point.

When will I be invoiced?

Once we start working together, you will be provided with a time estimate for each task. We will then invoice on the 1st of each month for the previous period based on the provided work. Please note that we invoice for the actual hours used and not the estimated ones.

Can I cancel the membership?

The membership can be cancelled at any point of time after the minimum required terms. We do impose a minimum term as we aim for a long lasting business relationship. Most of the brands that choose us have now been with us for over 3 years.
